I am a retired engineer. I have lived in North London for 21 years before moving to Eaton Socon. I moved to Little Paxton in 1976 and still reside in the village.
We are looking for clean materials (cotton) that can be cut up and upcycled to make the bunting. If you have any unwanted materials such as duvets, pillow cases, dressing-making fabric, curtains, or other odd bits of clean material- please deliver to Cllr Kathy Bishop 1, Park Crescent, Little Paxton, Cllr Linda Smith 21 Hayling Avenue, Little Paxton or at the collection box at Paxton Pits Nature Reserve.
If you are spring cleaning your sewing boxes, we are also looking for embroidery threads and unwanted reels of cotton threads.
