Connections Youth Bus

Thursday evenings 7pm-9pm Village Hall Car Park

The Connections Bus will be visiting the village on Thursday evenings during the school summer holidays. The bus is a free youth club and is aimed at school year 7 and above.

What' s on bus - internet access, games consoles, x box, craft activities, tuck shop and advice. The bus is supported by two youth volunteers.

Providing facilities for young people is important and the bus is brought to the village with the financial support of the Parish Council.

Please jump on the bus to ensure future summer holiday visits continue

58 classes for fruit, vegetables, flowers, children's & home produce

Show Classes & Registration forms here or by contacting the Clerk

One entry form per person. One entry per class per person.

Registration forms to be returned to the Show Secretary by 13th September 5pm.

On the day entries will be accepted subject to space available.

Exhibits to be staged in the Village Hall between 11.30am – 12.30pm and removed between 5pm—5.30pm.

All entries will be judged by 2pm.

1st, 2nd & 3rd placing for each class.

Best in Show Perry Stentiford Trophy– announced at 4.30pm.

Village Sports groups who use the QEII Playing field will be organising taster sessions.

If you fancy having a go at football, cricket, petanque, netball, bootcamp , baby wearing boogie, childrens' extravaganza & outdoor exercises then come along to the QEII Playing Field.

All residents welcome. This is a free event.

Refreshments will be available in the back room of the village hall.

2pm - 5pm

The Autumn Flower & Vegetable Show will also be in the village hall.

A great afternoon of free entertainment.
