Village Views has been edited by a small team of volunteers who coordinate all the news articles and format them to produce the quarterly magazine. The magazine is enjoyed by residents and has many articles about village life.
The Editorial team members are moving onto pastures new after 20 years of producing Village Views. There will be a Winter edition which will be circulated later this month.

Due to the Covid Lockdown, the Little Paxton Community Litter Pick planned for Saturday 7th November has been cancelled.
The next litter pick will be held in the Spring 2021.

A site meeting was held on Wednesday afternoon with an Officer from CCC Highways & Parish Cllr Bob Webster to look at flooding in the village. The meeting had a positive outcome and the following works will be taken forward:
The gullies around the location of the flash flooding at the junction of St James Road Gordon road and Lakefield Avenue will be cleaned.

In August rain storms caused flash flooding in the village - Lakefield Avenue, St. James Road, Gordon Road and other areas were badly hit.
The Parish Council has surveyed over 90 drains/gullies and 80% of these drains are blocked and/or have vegetation growing from them.
Cambridgeshire County Council Highways have been approached for the drains/gullies to be cleaned as a matter of urgency.

Cambridgeshire Libraries can now accept new referrals to the Revised Library@Home Service. This service is open to Cambridgeshire Residents who fit a set criteria: -
The service is for anyone who usually relies heavily on reading books or listening to audiobooks AND who is either housebound or shielding/isolating due to age or health conditions under the current COVID-19 Government guidelines.
