Children's Tallest Sunflower Competition

Large yellow sunflower

The Parish Council is launching its 'Children's Tallest Sunflower Competition'.

The competition is open to all children residing in Little Paxton and pupils at Little Paxton Primary School.

Free to enter. The prize for growing the tallest sunflower will be awarded at the Autumn Flower & Vegetable Show on 11th September.

Spring into Easter

Who said ' To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow''?

The daffodil bulbs planted in the Community Garden in October are in full bloom and look vibrant with the different shades of yellow.

If you are walking past the Community Garden as part of your daily exercise, dog walking or going to school, please add a colourful Easter decoration to the Holly Tree.

Cambridgeshire will be moved up to Tier 4 from midnight on Christmas Day.

This means:

• No households mixing indoors

• Non-essential retail, gyms, leisure centres and personal care outlets will close
