Advance Warning - Little Paxton Village Hall Car Park Closed

Advance Warning - Little Paxton Village Hall Car Park Closed

The Little Paxton Village Hall car park will be closed on Wednesday 20th May 7am - 5pm.

The parking spaces are being re-marked to create additional car parking spaces. All the road markings including those on the access road are being refreshed.

The work will take a day to complete.

As many of you are aware the Little Paxton Community Pavilion has a fundamental issue which has caused damp, wet rot and dry rot. Little Paxton Resident, 9 year-old Ben has set himself a Charity Challenge to raise money for Hinchingbrooke Hospital on Just Giving.

Inspired by Capt Tom Moore - on 16th April, Ben's challenge is to run 1000 laps of his garden (which equates to a marathon) by his 10th Birthday on 5th May.

Multi Use Games Area- IMPORTANT SAFETY  MESSAGE

On Tuesday the Multi Use Games Area on the QEII Playing Field was cordoned off and closed as instructed by the Prime Minister.

Yesterday evening, the cordons were broken and an adult and two children were seen playing football.

We are ALL frustrated at the moment, tensions/emotions are high - however we DO NOT want coronavirus in Little Paxton.

Mobile Post Van Update

Mobile Post Van Update

There has been change to the visits by the mobile post van.

The mobile post van will now only visit Little Paxton Village Hall Car park on Thursday afternoons 2pm -4pm.

On Tuesday afternoons it will visit Great Paxton.
