Floodlights on the Multi Use Games Area

At the request of young people who enjoy using the multi use game area, the Parish Council has applied to Huntingdonshire District Council to extend the flood lights times from 9pm to 10pm.

If anyone wishes to comment on the planning application, please contact HDC. The planning reference is 19/00829/S73 and deadline for responses 25th May.

The Community Led Plan highlighted the need for Cold Calling zones in the village.

Cold Calling zones were first set up in the UK by Cambridgeshire Trading Standards. They are designated areas ( streets, cul de sacs etc) which aim to deter uninvited sales people and help give residents the confidence to say 'no' to doorstep callers.

Due to delays with the street furniture order (belisha beacons), Cambridgeshire County Council Highways will not be starting work on the new Mill Lane zebra crossing on 19th- 22nd March.

The Bridge WILL NOT BE CLOSED overnight.
