We have been delighted and overwhelmed with the response from residents. There are a number of volunteers in the village who are busy cutting, machining and sewing the bunting together.

The Paxton Pits Nature Reserve needs your help. Volunteers are required to help at the Paxton Pits Visitors Centre. At the request of young people who enjoy using the multi use game area, the Parish Council has applied to Huntingdonshire District Council to extend the flood lights times from 9pm to 10pm.

Mick George Skip of Gold
Little Paxton Parish Council has been short listed as one of the Mick George Skip of Gold finalists to win £1000.
The Council project is to develop an improved community storage area (village hall compound) for sports equipment that will promote health & well being.

The Community Led Plan highlighted the need for Cold Calling zones in the village.
Cold Calling zones were first set up in the UK by Cambridgeshire Trading Standards. They are designated areas ( streets, cul de sacs etc) which aim to deter uninvited sales people and help give residents the confidence to say 'no' to doorstep callers.
